SPECIAL EVENTS PACKAGE
My full service event planning and design can provide you with a stress free event. My commitment to quality will ensure that your event will be a Diva's Affair. I will help you with all the fine details so that your vision will shine through.
From a fundraiser to a small dinner party I will work closely with you from start to finish staying closely in budget. Your event will reflect your unique style and grace.
- 4-two hour meetings, in person, with the sponsors of the event
- Vendor and Budget Management
- Coordinate locating and booking of the venue
- Devolvement process- help with the planning and staging of the event
(Theme, door prizes/gifts and decor if needed - Save the dates, invitations, programs, table cards, menus and more
- On-site 3 hours before start of event, to oversee set-up, being sure rentals and decor have been property placed by vendors
- Help with placement of all gifts to their pre-arranged location before end of event
- Make sure that all specials guests receive that special thank you
- 1-10 persons ------------------$20 per hour
- 11-25 persons ----------------$25 per hour
- 26-50 persons ----------------$30 per hour
- 51-100 persons ---------------$450.00
- 101-250 persons -------------$550.00
- 250+persons ------------------$650.00
(Does not include clean but any of these services can be added for ail additional rate.)
