Hostess Package
This option is often used for Receptions, Dinner Parties & Business Events that have been set in motion, but need an on-site contact person & hostess. It is the perfect package if you are looking to relax & enjoy the event you’ve put together.
- 2 meetings, in person, or by phone to go over details.
- Be on-site 3 hours before start. With assistant, to oversee on set-up for reception, being sure floral, rentals and décor have been properly placed by vendors
- Greet all vendors on-site
- Arrange all favors and any special gift items
- Place seating place cards, arrange table number, and place menus
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating directions
- Make sure all events such as meal, speeches, toasts, cake-cutting etc. occur according to schedule
- Help with placement of all special items to their pre-arranged location before conclusion of event
Does not include vendor referrals or coordination, timeline creation or clean-up
