FAQs (Fequently Asked Questions)

What’s the Difference between a Wedding Coordinator and Consultant?

Bridal consultants discuss coordinating or arranging a wedding with the bride and groom. They help in the pre-wedding stages to come up with ideas and contact caterers, florists, etc. An independent bridal consultant is not associated with specific vendors such as a florist or a caterer, and instead operates a self-contained business.
Wedding coordinators assist with planning a schedule for the wedding, then help conduct and coordinate the wedding day activities. In the south, a wedding coordinator may be called a wedding director. A church wedding coordinator is usually a member or on the staff of a church and their job is to make sure church rules are followed.

What Wedding Consultants Do

Women dream about their wedding day from the time they are little girls. The wedding day may be one of the most important days of a woman’s life, and for the couple, the wedding marks the beginning of their lives as a committed couple. The beginning can be an emotional time for the bride-to-be, with family tensions and tensions between the couple running high. A successful wedding is a big production. The planning of a successful wedding takes a lot of time and effort.
Professional Wedding Consultants relieve the bride of the stress of many of these considerations so that she can enjoy the day she’s been dreaming of all her life. Wedding Consultants offer a wide range of services, from simply giving and excited bride initial advice to coordinating the couple’s entire wedding. Whatever the services you need, as a Wedding Consultant I can help you fulfill the day of your dreams.

What Event Consultants Do

Event Consultants take care of the planning of special occasions so that their clients, the hosts, don’t have to worry on the day of the event. Whatever the event, it requires special planning, though most clients who want to host a special event are not as nervous as brides, and they do have a vision of their own. They want to be able to enjoy themselves when the event takes place, with the confident that their goals are being met. As a Event Consultants I understand my client’s vision and I will work to make it a reality.

Can I afford a planner?
