I will work with you & all of the vendors to bring your event to life and all the perfect personal touches are included.

- budget planning- a complete listed schedule of details and payments for everything.
- Coordination of Ceremony & Reception
- Meet with Bride, Groom and all vendors at least 6 weeks prior to make wedding day arrangements.
- Set a schedule of events, and discuss ceremony, plans.
- Assist in the rehearsal, the day prior to the ceremony, timing of
- processional, recessional and run-through with music (if applicable).
- Contact all vendors 4 weeks prior to the ceremony confirming times and locations.
- Arrive at the reception site 6 hours prior to assure set up is complete and accurate.
- Set up all favors, guest book & gift and any other pre-assembled small décor & details.
- Arrange seating place cards, arrange table numbers, and place menus.
- Arrange toasting flutes, pen, and cake-cutting utensils, etc.
- Check DJ, band, florist, photographer, videographer, caterer, cake, and rental companies to make sure event runs smoothly and in a timely fashion.
- Greet guest upon arrival and assist with seating & refreshment directions
- Coordinate the Grand Entrance. And receiving line
- Ensure that all events, meal, first dance toast, cake cutting, etc. occur in a timely fashion. MC if needed.
- Pre-arranged placement of all gifts and wedding items at locations and ensure they are there before the conclusion of event.
Price based on number of guest
Prices do not include clean up after event, but this service can be added at a reasonable rate.
